Lil Dragons & Chuck Norris System Karate ages 4 to 7

This is a fun skill building program for kids ages 4 to 7. In this program, the focus is on helping kids improve their motor skills, balance, coordination and listening skills, as well as learn the traditional karate style of the Chuck Norris System, founded by Chuck Norris. The kids in this program have a lot of fun as they learn life skills, like stranger danger, how not to be a bully, and how to be bullyproof. They will also learn and demonstrate traditional karate techniques, and be able to advance in rank in the Chuck Norris System!

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu- ages 5 to 10

This program builds self confidence and self esteem! Kids who know how to defend themselves, whether on the ground or standing, feel confident while learning respect and self control. This program focuses on skills and techniques that help individuals defend themselves, with an emphasis on ground defense/fighting, by teaching the proper way to use leverage and control on an opponent as well as joint locks, chokes, etc. Jiu Jitsu is a great work out and a great way to enhance any martial arts training!

Kids Martial Arts Chuck Norris System ages 8 to 11

The kids' Chuck Norris System program, founded by Chuck Norris, is for kids ages 8 to 11. This program helps build self confidence and self esteem. It will teach kids to better understand the principles of discipline, integrity, loyalty and respect, and has been proven to improve focus, especially for kids diagnosed with Autism, ADD and ADHD. Kids in the Chuck Norris System karate program will have fun, and learn life lessons that will help them become well rounded martial artists and athletes!
